FTI Performance Mud Series Powerglide Level 5 Transmissions
Blowing a transmission is never good—and doing so in the middle of a mud pit can lead to many other issues. FTI Performance Mud Series Powerglide Level 5 transmissions are rated up to 1,500 hp and designed for extreme conditions. They start life with SFI-certified aftermarket cases, and then add all-new internal parts, a billet aluminum valve body, 8-clutch drum, and a straight-cut planetary.
A deep aluminum pan allows for extra fluid and better cooling of the Mud Series units, while the non-creeping trans-brake keeps your vehicle in place. VASCO material input and 4340 output shafts are tough enough to keep the systems moving. FTI Mud Series Powerglide Level 5 transmissions are available in one- or two-gear models, standard or shorty length. Order the model recommended for your vehicle make and engine application.
