Ford Performance Parts 2024 Gen 4 5.0L 480 hp Coyote engines are the latest all-aluminum crate engines from the 2024 Mustang GT. These modern 5.0L 32-valve DOHC V8s use advanced features, such as direct and port fuel injection, twin independent variable camshaft timing (Ti-VCT), high-flow cylinder heads, dual throttle bodies, and a heightened compression ratio to deliver 480 hp and 415 lb.-ft. of torque (with premium fuel).

These lightweight plasma-transferred wire-arc spray aluminum cylinder blocks feature cross-bolted main bearing caps and thick main bearing bulkheads for bottom-end strength, and an optimized oil drain back and windage control to improve high-rpm performance. Available with production flexplate (automatic) or dual mass flywheel (manual) and both include engine harness.
