ATK High Performance GM 496 Stroker 600 hp Stage 2 long block crate engines are designed for street/strip use, so expect big power with a rough idle. They require an electric fuel pump. ATK Stage 2 or mid-dressed engines are designed for those that may have their own component parts already, and who also are interested in completing the finishing touches of the build themselves.
